Keep the crews rolling. Automation Integration is a growing electrical and low voltage contractor in Celina, and our warehouse is the engine behind every jobsite. We are hiring a part-time Warehouse / Grounds Associate, about 20 hours a week, to own inventory, stage materials, load and unload trailers, and keep the shop and grounds sharp. Flexible daytime hours, with room to move into the field if you want a trade career.
Detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual who takes pride in their work and commits to quality. A reliable team player who can take direction, step up when needed, and hustle efficiently without cutting corners. Someone excited to learn technical skills and chase excellence in precision work.
We show up early, run our jobs with precision, and leave knowing the work we did will perform flawlessly for years. Our days are spent pulling cable through conduit, terminating connections, and testing systems in environments ranging from corporate headquarters to data centers. It is work that demands focus and craftsmanship. The shop is owner-led: Eric is on jobsites and runs the safety program himself, and pay lands every Friday by direct deposit. What makes it rewarding is that the team genuinely cares about doing it right; we celebrate clean installations, we problem-solve together when something doesn't test right, and we trust each other to own our sections of a project. People stay here because they feel respected as skilled trades professionals, not just labor.
